At CONNACT, the Microsoft alliance manager plays a pivotal role in managing and expanding our strategic relationship with Microsoft. This position is essential for accelerating our joint go-to-market initiatives, enhancing co-sell opportunities, and aligning our technology roadmap with Microsoft's ecosystem to drive innovation and revenue growth.
The Bridge Between Innovation and Opportunity
As a Microsoft Alliance Manager, you will serve as the key liaison between CONNACT and Microsoft’s partner teams. This includes:
• Building executive-level relationships across Microsoft field and partner channels
• Identifying and managing joint sales opportunities
• Collaborating on marketing, solution development, and customer engagement strategies
• Ensuring alignment with Microsoft programs such as IP Co-Sell, Marketplace listings, and Azure consumption goals
This role demands strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a deep understanding of Microsoft's cloud ecosystem and partner engagement models.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Microsoft alliance strategy
• Drive visibility for CONNACT solutions across Microsoft’s partner and sales ecosystem
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop joint value propositions
• Manage partner pipeline, incentives, and co-sell motions
• Represent CONNACT at Microsoft partner events and key industry forums

What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means deepening the Microsoft relationship, increasing co-sell qualified leads, and expanding our presence across the Microsoft partner ecosystem. You’ll help position CONNACT as a leading Microsoft partner, known for innovation and customer value.

Preferred Qualifications
• Proven experience managing alliances or partner relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Strong understanding of Azure, Microsoft 365, and partner programs (PDM, IP Co-Sell, etc.)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver measurable results
