sort of look at this faceless YouTube channel. It's called Easy Actually, and they only have eight videos on the channel. By the way, don't worry, you don't have to record any videos or be in front of the camera or do any of those crazy things. I just want to show you that they started only seven months ago, and their first video got a million views. And just from eight faceless videos, they have 600,000 subscribers. Step number four, you want to copy this prompt that I left in the step-by-step blueprint. You're going to find it in the step number four. So you're going to open up this Google document. You're going to copy this prompt or instruction to give to this free Google app. You go back to gemini.google.com app, you paste that in here. And what we're doing essentially is just giving all of the titles taken from that previous channel that I just shared with you because it's proven to get results. And we're asking it to come up with 10 viral video ideas for this channel.
and as you can see, the video ideas that it spits out would actually perform very, very well on a channel like that one. All right, for the next step, you want to open up chatgpt.com. You want to create an account for completely free. You're going to open up this pdf file that i've prepared for you. You're going to click on the download button over here to get it for completely free. Essentially what that is, it's just a transcript of all of the videos from that viral channel that we previously saw. So you can go to ChatGPT, you can click here to attach that file, click on upload from computer. And before you press enter, you just want to add this prompt as well. So you're going to copy this prompt, you're going to go to chat to GPT and you will fill in the blanks. So first things first, we're going to change this. So how many words do you want? Well, let's say we want 3000 word blog article titled, and we're just going to get some title recommendation from here back from Google app. So let's say building confidence is easy. Actually, let's say that was the title of our blog post. So I'm going to paste the title here that you
uses the exact same keyword that is confidence at least once every 500 words. And then I'm gonna paste it. So now because we've uploaded all of the transcripts from this viral channel, this AI language model is gonna learn exactly how they're speaking, how they're formatting these videos, and what formula they're using to achieve these great results they were able to achieve in this short period of time. And I mean, if you look into this text, it doesn't sound generic and robotic as it usually does when it's the case with ChatGPT. For the next step, you wanna head over to Audible Creator Program. You can go to Google and search for this keyword and you're gonna find this website and you can sign up to become an affiliate for free because every single time you refer someone to Audible, which by the way is this platform where people are sharing different audio books on all sorts of different topics. Like there's literally a book on how to eat
fried worms. 1000 likes in this video and i'm reading this book. So for the very next step, you want to head over to google.com and you want to search for best books related to that topic that Google Gemini gave to you. So in this case, it's gonna be about building confidence. And we're gonna find a few books here. I'm gonna try with this one. So I'm gonna go to Audible. I'm gonna search for that book. And as you can see, we can find it. And if someone were to sign up using my link, they can get this book for free. As you can see, it's literally $0. And I'm still gonna be paid $5 just from that plus another $10 if they actually purchase the membership, which let's be honest, this guy who owns Audible wouldn't just be randomly paying everyone $5 to sign up for free if he didn't know that most of them would actually sign up for the paid membership as well. All right, next step,
I want you to sign up to this free platform that is ranking very high on Google because of the domain authority, because of how big that platform is. The platform in question is medium.com. It's completely free. But look at this. If you were to go to Google and you were to search for some keywords, like how to build confidence, most likely you're going to first come across blog articles that were published by random people like me and you on this platform called Medium. Like, look at this. These are the top results from Medium. So if you go to medium.com, you can just click on get started right over here, you're going to sign up with Google, Facebook or email. And once inside, you just want to click on the right button over here and then go back to ChatGPT and
take that title, paste the title here, then pretty much take the rest of the blog articles that were written for you, and just look at how nice that feels. I'm just gonna remove this part because it's really unnecessary. Then I'm gonna go back, open up this book, and just right click on the image, save image as, and save it to my computer. Then I'm gonna upload that image here. And since we also have the call to action generated by ChatGPT, I'm going to copy one part of it, paste it here, and just say click here to get this book, for completely free. And then I would go back to Audible, and I would copy my affiliate link for that book, and then I will go back to Medium, I will insert that here, and I will click here to type the link, and now someone can click on it while reading this blog article that I wrote on this topic.
I mean, if they're reading this, chances are they would be interested in a free book that helps them achieve the goal that they're already interested in. So I'm just gonna click publish and I'm gonna publish this now. All right, now next step is to start a similar faceless YouTube automation channel, pretty much like these guys are doing. And here's how you can do that using AI so that the process is almost completely done for you. By the way, not only can you use these faceless channels to get traffic to your affiliate links, but you can also make money from ad revenue and actually make quite decent amount of money every single day. I have days where I'm making like $800 a day from one of these channels and this one,
did over like $700,000. So first step is to come up with a channel name. And for this, you can use some of the prompts that are available in that free blueprint document. We're going to go to ChatGPT and you're just going to insert the niche. It doesn't necessarily have to be the same. It can be literally about anything else. And then ChatGPT will give you a recommendation as to what you can title your channel. For the next step, in order to actually make money from these faceless videos, you need to be approved into so-called YouTube Partner Program. But to be able to apply for the YouTube Partner Program, you need Google AdSense. So you can go to Google, search for Google AdSense, and as you can see, that's the official website on Google that allows you to earn money from your website or YouTube channel. The signup process is pretty simple. Just click on Get Started and you can connect your Gmail account. Speaking of Gmail, next step is to go to gmail.com and click on Create an Account for My Personal Use. Then take one of the names that ChatGPT recommend that I will just go with the first one, or let's say this one looks
slightly more appealing. And then i'm going to click on next and there are some basic details about myself and yeah, this is my birthday. If you want to come to a party, just let me know. Once that's done, just go to youtube.com, click on the sign in button and log in with that gmail account that you just made. Now you can click on your profile image and you can also just click on create a channel and then you can set a handle or a username. Now if you want to create similar channel branding like these guys, you can just head over to canva.com you can then click on custom size. First things first, we're gonna create a profile picture, so just select 1080 by 1080p. On the left hand side, you are gonna have a lot of different logo templates, you can literally just type in a logo. But if you wanna be as simple as them, well, you can just use the draw feature on the left side. So first things first, I'm gonna change the background color to something more dark, and then I'm gonna click on draw, and I'm just gonna draw something. Now I'm not really sure if this looks creepy, but to be honest, he's just looking for a hug.
Now just click share, click on the download button, download as a PNG, go back to canva.com, click on custom size again, and this time select 1920 by 1080p. And if I want to replicate this channel art, I'm pretty much just going to go to the text side or left side. I'm going to type in my channel name, and then I'm going to select a different font. Then I'm just going to click share, click download, and just download this as a PNG file. Go back to my YouTube channel and click customize. Click here to upload a profile picture. It's going look something like this. And then i'm gonna upload channel art, click done. And once i'm done, I will just publish this. Now for the next step, we're gonna go back to chat gpt you're gonna take this prompt that is also inside of the document so you can copy and paste it. Once inside of chat gpt you're gonna paste the prompt and you're gonna customize these. So my channel name is this one and my channel is all about self-improvement. Now this is gonna give you channel bio that you can copy and paste and it's gonna write it in a way that doesn't sound robotic or generic.
So you're gonna copy this with one press of a button and now as you go back to your YouTube channel which as of right now looks something like this, click on customize the channel and right here where it says description you can paste that part and just click publish. Now I would go back to the chat where we talked with ChatGPT about these transcripts and where we talked about the channel so he has some context and then if you want to write a script you can use this framework and this instruction that i've been engineering this prompt for chat gpt for the last few months. You can just copy and paste it for completely free. You can go to chat gpt and when you paste it over there, you just want to customize the last few parts you're going to explain what your niche is all about. Title of writing is going to be friendly and you can describe what the video is going to be about. Now in this case i'm going to go back to this
Google Gemini app, and I'm going to paste one of these titles, and then I'm gonna go back to ChatGPT, and I'm gonna paste it in here. Now, because we have this detailed prompt, it's gonna know exactly what kind of YouTube script to write to get the best results possible, because most people think that they can just go to some magic AI tools, press one button, and have a script ready for them. If it was easy like that, then anyone would have viral YouTube videos. But as you probably already know, that's not really the case. So I'm sharing this with you for completely free. And I've been using this for myself and for my team only. It's a prompt that's going to allow you to make a lot better and a lot higher quality scripts. And if you're wondering, yeah, Dave, but now you created some competition. Well, 99% of the people clicked off of this video because they got bored in the first three minutes. Do you think they're going to set up a business and do the hard work that's required to make money online? Of course not. They can't even watch the full tutorial until the end. So just by the fact that you're listening to this, to be honest, even though it's
says that this video has like 20, 30,000 views, whatever it is, maybe like a hundred of them sticked around until this part. And out of those 100, maybe 10 of them will actually go and do the work that's required to build an online business and make money online, which I know it's crazy. Like these channels make hundreds of thousands of dollars, but most people are not ready to do the hard work. But yeah, here's all the script that was generated. If you go through it, it's actually perfect. And the hook is also really good. Now, when I started my first few faceless channels, I used to spend one and a half thousand dollars a month to have someone read the scripts for me, to have that voiceover in the background.
It wasn't until some smart people somewhere just developed some really cool AI tools that now allow me to get realistic voiceovers with just one press of a button. So 11Labs is one of them. If I find a better one, I will share it with you. But 11Labs is something that worked for me. I'm not sponsored by them. It just works pretty well. I don't even know if they have an affiliate program or whatever. But you can just take your script, paste it in this box, select the voiceover that you like. For example, I'm going to go with Armando and let's listen to his speech to see what talks about this. But here's the truth. Confidence is easy to build, and you're just overcomplicating it. To be honest, this sounds like an actual human being, so I'm gonna download this voiceover. And to edit these videos, I'm just gonna go over to CapCut.com. I'm gonna click on New Video. And first things first, gonna upload that voiceover from 11 Labs.
And then I can make these simple visuals inside of Canva pretty much the same way that I made my profile picture as well. If you remember, we went over to canva.com. And in this case, to create a scene, you would select 1920 by 1080p. And you're going to have this blank document. So on the left side, first things first, you want to change the background color to match the color that you want. In this case, I use the code that is 161616. And then I go draw on the left side. I select this pen. I'm going to make the weight slightly bigger so 35 is fine. And I mean, if you want to replicate this scene well i'm going to find some elements on the left side i'm going to go chairs and a table, and look, we got all of these different graphics that we can use so i'm going to go with this one as an example, click back on draw, and let's draw my character here is just sitting on this table. And there he is, like this can literally be a scene for the video. And then i can click download, and download as a png file. Now just bear in mind to make
your videos as engaging as possible, you need as many different scenes. If you open up any of the videos on this channel that is performing well, you're going to see that they're changing these scenes almost every second. So it does take a lot of time to edit something like this, but that's why most people will not do it. To upload files on CapCut, you just click upload file here and you can start uploading your scenes. And if you want to make it even more engaging, now that you have the voiceover, you can basically just go to captions, click auto captions, click generate. They're going to show up screen but they're not going to be the best, so make sure to click on animation, and once there, you can just select the loop animation, select bounce out, and that's going to show word for word talks about this. You can then click on text, and you can customize the colors and everything. I can make the font size about 12. I can change the font to redhead. I will also add some stroke as well, and once i'm done, I will just click export and download this,
in 1080p resolution MP4 file. If you also want to animate the background image as well, you can just go to the effects section. If you want to add some shakiness to this, just select basic and slow it down a little bit because it's going way too fast and the intensity is kind of high. And finally, you can then use that YouTube channel to build a school community on that topic. In this case, that will be self-improvement because if you go to school, which is this platform that I also use to build my own communities, you can see that some of the top earners are doing like $140,000 a month. And this is MRR, so this is monthly reoccurring revenue. And then this guy's doing like $100,000 a month, $100,000 a month, $100,000 a month. And just in the last 24 hours, this person did $3.7,000. I personally have many communities. One of them is $199 a month. We have about 300 members. And it's relatively easy and simple to get started for completely free.
