Our purpose of this retreat is to do meditation, connect with nature energies and visit power spots for meditation. We did plenty of it under the guidance of Chandra / Foundation.

In the Manasa Devi temple that we reached through a ropeway in between heavy rains, we got the unique opportunity to meditate as a group in front of the deity.


In the Dunagiri Temple, that is atop Himalayas, we visited this climbing around 500 steps and also met one of the Baba’s there (Barkoti Baba), who gave us the following messages


1. Come to Himalayas with a Spiritual Mindset and as a seeker not as a Tourist

2. Come atleast once an year to refresh and cleanse yourself in this pure unpolluted atmosphere
